2015, Mr. Cui founded Beijing Elite Group IP Law Office.
2012-2014, Mr. Cui founded China IP Publication website, www.china-ippublication.net, www.patent1.cn, E-patent.cn, and a crowd funding platform for patent commercialization, mainly providing IP defensive publication, patent operation, patent filing and financing services.
2001-2011, Mr. Cui was the managing partner of Beijing Sanyou Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. and retired by the end of 2011.
2000-2001, Mr. Cui acted as vice president in China Sinda IP Agency Ltd.
1992-1999, Mr. Cui headed the Legal Affairs Department of China Patent Agent (Hong Kong) Ltd. (CPA).
1985-1992, Mr. Cui worked in China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), as the Director of Application Division of CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office and General Manager of China Technology Transfer Company.
